The object of research is the information systems of depositing intellectual activity in the context of the Open Science paradigm. The subject of the study is the mechanisms and procedures for creating a certificate of deposit and their use as an evidence base for judicial authorities, international investors and domain owners in the context of blocking pirated content. The purpose of the NDR is to create a toolkit of escrow in accordance with the paradigm of open science, recognition of the escrow certificate as an evidence base by judicial authorities of various countries, international investors, and domain owners to block pirated content.
