The purpose of the work is to study and analyze the compliance of national regulatory documents in the sugar and starch-molasses industries, related to the scope of the statutory activities of TC 56, as well as in the meat and dairy industries, related to the scope of the statutory activities of TC 140, with international standards to improve the relevant regulatory documents of Ukraine. Results – according to the set goal, according to the calendar plan. During 2023, ongoing monitoring of the state of compliance of national regulatory documents in the sugar and starch industries, related to the scope of activities of TC 56, as well as in the meat and dairy industries, related to the scope of activities of TC 140, with international standards was continued. Pilot projects for changes to the standards for basic products of the sugar and starch industries, dairy and meat industries were developed.
