Project is to develop a methodologically grounded and empirically confirmed (through the use of a complex of economic and mathematical models) optimal trajectory of the convergence of educational and economic transformations, in which threats to the economic, social and information security of the country are minimized, resilience of local communities and regional security are increased, threats are leveled and the new opportunities resulting from the digitalization of the economy and society are being successfully applied.

The scientific and technical products include the development of a methodologically sound and empirically confirmed (through the use of a set of economic-mathematical models) optimal trajectory for the convergence of educational and economic transformations, which minimises threats to the country's economic, social and information security, increases the resilience of local communities and regional security, eliminates threats and successfully uses new opportunities arising from the digitalisation of the economy and society.
The scientific and technical products include: 1) effective patterns of stakeholder interaction in the implementation of the third mission of universities have been identified; 2) scientific and practical approaches to the use of immersive digital technologies as a tool to stimulate the transfer of innovations from educational institutions to the real economy have been developed; 3) an integrated approach to the implementation of immersive learning at the university has been proposed; 4) a model for synchronising economic and educational transformations with national security components has been developed; 5) methodological foundations for studying the regional aspect have been improved; 6) a roadmap of regulatory interventions for scaling up the model of institutional partnership of educational service providers to increase the resilience of local/regional socio-economic development is proposed; 7) the methodology for forming a cooperative model for implementing the "learning city" concept on a network basis is improved, highlighting its main directions, advantages and disadvantages; 8) for the first time, methodological principles for verifying the key channels of influence of economic and educational transformations are proposed; 9) verified the time ranges of the impact of the convergence of educational and economic transformations based on the use of a vector autoregressive model, Granger's test and cluster analysis
