Physico-mathematical models of the distribution of electromagnetic components of solar radiation have been developed, taking into account electrophysical characteristics and the geometry of protective coatings for photocells and solar collectors. A system electrothermal model was created for the processes of interaction of solar radiation with the active surfaces of solar panels and solar collectors. The conditions of stability of the temperature distribution were analyzed taking into account the dependence of electrical conductivity and heat release density on temperature, as well as thermal conductivity on coordinates and temperature.
