A total of 607 samples of pathological material, 56 samples of honey were examined. According to the results of monitoring the epizootic situation in apiaries of different regions of Ukraine, it was established that the specific weight of parasitic diseases (varosis, nosemosis) was on average 82.1% and was probably more than bacterial (21.3%) and viral (13.9%). Pure cultures of pathogens of mycoses (Ascosphaera apis – 7 isolates) and bacterial diseases of bees (Paenibacillus larvae – 2 isolates) and European rot (Melisococcus pluton – 6 isolates) were isolated by bacteriological and mycological studies in honey. Determination of physicochemical indicators in samples of honey from the 2021-2023 harvest of various botanical and geographical origins was carried out. According to the determined quality indicators, on average, 51.61% of the honey samples of the 2021-2023 harvest met the requirements of DSTU 4497:2005 as high-grade honey, and 48.39% of the samples were first-grade honey. It was established that according to the specified quality indicators, 100.0% of the honey samples of 2021, 94% of the honey samples of 2022. 100% of samples in 2023 met the requirements of DSTU 4497:2005. 100% of honey samples met the international requirements of "Codex Alimentarius Standard 12-1981 for Honey" and "Honey Directive 2001/110/EC" Product Description popup.authors Yemelianov Andrii V.
