Object of research - psychological and pedagogical context of personality development in an inclusive educational environment The purpose of the research work: - to substantiate the conceptual foundations for the development of an inclusive society in Ukraine by ensuring access to high quality education for young people; - studying the peculiarities of creating a comfortable inclusive educational environment in order to improve the system of education and social rehabilitation of young people with special educational needs (SEN) through the introduction of innovative technologies; - modeling of the national inclusive educational environment and outlining the main directions of its implementation in the higher education system aimed at increasing social competence and improving the communication skills of people with SEN, ensuring full socialization of the individual, humanization of a society free from segregation. Achieving the purpose of the study necessitated the definition and solution of the following main tasks - to carry out a theoretical analysis and generalization of pedagogical and psychological scientific sources on the problems of creating an educational environment in educational institutions and the process of integration of persons with SEN into the educational space; - to find out the specifics of the strategies of international and Ukrainian legislation on the implementation of inclusive education in the academic environment; - to identify the features of creating and forming a comfortable inclusive educational environment in the higher education system; - identify the main approaches to the education and upbringing of young people with SEN in the educational environment.
