The aim of the study:. Development of scientific-methodical approaches and organizational mechanism for creating an expert-analytical cluster for assessment and certification of seeds and planting material on the basis of test plants of the innovative bioeconomy complex.
Developed: Scientific, methodological and organizational support for the creation of a cluster for the provision of evaluation services in seed and nursery production, cluster mechanisms for the selection, packaging and distribution of seeds under the trademark "Ukrainian selection", a cluster mechanism for the introduction of certified original seeds and planting material of agrarian science was created and tested on a business basis.
Testing: New rules of the game in the market of expert evaluation services create new problems and opportunities for scientific institutions. The laboratory-testing base of NSU is becoming outdated, the accreditation of laboratories is expensive, at the same time, the promotion of own seeds and planting material on the market requires its certification.
In order to integrate the scientific and laboratory potential of NSU into the market relations of the market of expert evaluation services, using the example of the seed industry, it is necessary to become a participant in this market on the business basis of public-private partnership.
