The aim is to develop mathematical modeling, computational methods and information technology as tools for applied mathematics and computer science, designed to provide research on complex systems and dynamic processes in the fields of applied mechanics (aerohydrodynamics, hydrology, geodynamics) and some physical and technical problems of renewable energy.

It was proposes methods and computing technologies of mathematical modeling for forecasting systems of aerohydrodynamic processes and dynamics of structured systems. Necessary and sufficient conditions and a controllability criterion of a discrete system with a change in the state vector's dimensionality have been established. The existence of such control indicates that the properties of functional stability of the relevant technological processes are fully ensured. The main scientific and scientific-practical results of the work include mathematical models, numerical methods and data processing algorithms for specialized software and computing technologies for modeling non-stationary physical processes intended for use in forecasting systems and providing decision support, as well as in control systems for fast-moving processes in real time scale.
