Results and their novelty: a scientific analysis of the existing system of physical and medical rehabilitation of servicemen in NATO countries for combat wounds and injuries was carried out; the structure and nature of combat wounds and injuries of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the anti-terrorist operation (operation of the United Forces) that required rehabilitation assistance were determined; the structure of diseases of servicemen with combat wounds and injuries was investigated, the peculiarities of their development and clinical course were determined; factors of occurrence and improved methods of timely diagnosis and psychoprophylaxis of adaptation disorders in servicemen with combat wounds and injuries were systematized; proposed methods of assessing the functional independence and dynamics of the condition of rehabilitated persons in the conditions of the rehabilitation center and developed recommendations for transfer to the next stage.
