Decomposition of the impulse process model of the cognitive map (CM), presented as a system of difference equations with single-tempo discretization with a small period, into two interconnected subsystems with rapidly measured and slowly measured coordinates of the CM vertices, which are presented with different tempo discretization, was performed. For each subsystem, vectors of control influences are selected, which can be implemented by varying the corresponding coordinates of the CM vertices in closed multidimensional control loops. On the basis of the method of invariant ellipsoids, a synthesis of fast-acting and slow-acting state regulators with different tempo discretization for suppressing external and internal disturbances was performed for each subsystem. Experimental studies of closed control systems for suppressing limited internal and external disturbances in CM subsystems were conducted, which showed high efficiency in reducing the risks of the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange rate and the risks of losing the number of users. Also, on the basis of quadratic optimality criteria, the problem of coordination was solved, i.e., among other things, establishing given ratios between supply and demand for cryptocurrency, in a stochastic environment with different tempo discretization. The simulations confirmed that the application of the coordinating control loop significantly accelerates the convergence of the correlation coefficients to zero compared to the conventional stabilizing control in the cognitive map of the cryptocurrency application.
