Achieving the goal is expected by updating and improving the requirements set forth in: Safety rules for enterprises for the enrichment and briquetting of coal (shale), Safety of work Rules at peat industry enterprises, Safety equipment rules and industrial sanitation in the non-metallic industry. Based on the results of the research work, proposals were made to amend the considered normative legal acts and drafts of the following orders of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine with accompanying documents were developed: „On the approval of the Safety rules for enterprises for the enrichment and briquetting of coal (shale)”; „On the approval of the Safety rules at peat industry enterprises”; „On the approval of the Safety equipment rules and industrial sanitation in the non-metallic industry”.
