Description

The purpose of the research work is to improve the legal regulation of relations that arise in the process of beneficiation and briquetting of coal (shale), performance of work at enterprises of the peat and non-metallic ore industry and increase the level of safety in the relevant areas, through the development of draft regulations. Achieving the goal is expected by updating and improving the requirements set forth in: Safety rules for enterprises for the enrichment and briquetting of coal (shale), Safety of work Rules at peat industry enterprises, Safety equipment rules and industrial sanitation in the non-metallic industry. Based on the results of the research work, proposals were made to amend the considered normative legal acts and drafts of the following orders of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine with accompanying documents were developed: „On the approval of the Safety rules for enterprises for the enrichment and briquetting of coal (shale)”; „On the approval of the Safety rules at peat industry enterprises”; „On the approval of the Safety equipment rules and industrial sanitation in the non-metallic industry”. The results of research work are intended for use in the work of the State Labor Service, industry trade unions and business entities.
