Thesphereofhealthcareoccupiesanextremelyimportantplaceinthesystemofdevelopmentandexistenceofcivilsociety, businessandscience, becauseeverymemberofsocietyusesitsservices, andthemaingoalofthedevelopmentofthestateandsupportofsocio-economicgrowthis a healthynation. Basedonthis, itcanbeconcludedthatitisthesphereofhealthcarethatshouldbepaidattentionnotonlyfromthesideofthedevelopmentofdirectlymedicaldirections, butalsofromtheeconomicpointofviewofthedevelopmentofthemedicalindustry. But, despitethis, themanagementanddecision-makingprocessesinthefieldofhealthcarehavetheirownproblemsandshortcomings. Reformingandimprovingthehealthcaresectorisconstantlytakingplacewithintheframeworkofstateprograms, butduringtheyearsofUkraine'sindependence, evenwithalltheimplementedreforms, thesectorisfarfromworkingperfectly.
