The purpose of the third stage is to conduct experimental studies of the developed models and methods, implementation, analysis and generalization of the obtained results, development of a recommendation for the implementation of intelligent monitoring systems using multi-purpose fleets of UAVs. The obtained results of the work stage can be applied in the creation of management methods in the conditions of changes in environmental parameters, failures and various scenarios of the development of accidents of potentially dangerous and military facilities, taking into account the requirements for ensuring safety. The results of the third stage form the basis for the development of recommendations for the implementation of systems for monitoring potentially dangerous and military objects in pre- and post-accident situations based on UAV fleets. The results of the third stage of work were implemented in the industry and used to prepare proposals for new projects.
