The object of research is East Frisian rams, Ascanian Fine-Fleeced ewes; indicators of the clinical condition of local ewes before, during, and after milking; indicators of hematological and biochemical research of blood samples when determining stress phenomena in the milking process. Research methods - systematic analysis and generalization, selection, analytical, zootechnical, biochemical, biometric. The results of lambing and subsequent machine milking of crossbred ewes (East Frisian x AFF) were analyzed. From 12 domestic animals, 12 animals were born, while the fertility rate was 141.7%. After the lambs were weaned from the ewes, two groups were formed: a control group (n = 24) of ewes of the Ascanian Fine-Fleeced breed (AFF) and an experimental group (n = 12) of crossbred ewes. Milking took place in the conditions of a stationary milking station. It was established that the average daily yield of AFF ewes in the third month of lactation was 382 ± 25.1 g of milk, while it was 682 ± 44.1 g in crossbred ewes, i.e. 78% more, at Р>0.999. And already in the fourth month, the advantage of local ewes was 165%. In addition to the study of quantitative indicators of milk, qualitative indicators were also studied, in particular, the chemical composition and content of somatic cells. It was established that in the fourth month of lactation, the content of somatic cells in Merino ewes was 475.8 ± 109.1 thousand cells/ml, while the number of pregnant ewes was 255 ± 52.3 thousand cells/ml, or by 53.6% less, at P>0.999. That is, for preparation of cheese, milk obtained from local ewes was of higher quality. Product Description popup.authors Ivanyna Olena P. Lobachova Iryna V.
