Description

 The essence of the project lies in the development of methods, technologies, and tools for creating comprehensive monitoring systems for emergencies to improve the quality, speed, complexity, and effectiveness of processes involved in collecting observational data using aerospace and ground research, processing, transmitting, storing, and analyzing environmental information, forecasting its changes, and developing scientifically grounded recommendations for decision-making to prevent adverse technological changes to the territory and comply with environmental safety requirements. The peculiarities of the study include the combination of complexity, interdisciplinarity, and interdisciplinary methodology in building a dynamic system for monitoring emergencies, their forecasting, and prevention to ensure the safety and conditions for sustainable development of territories and the country as a whole.
