Description

During the implementation of the project, a set of design documentation for multi-element photosensitive elements based on InSb was developed. Working sets of design and technological documentation for the production of photosensitive module housings have been developed. Production of a set of technological equipment, technological and transport containers. Mathematical modeling of the noise characteristics of photosensitive elements was also carried out in order to increase their detectability and optimize the structures and technological processes of their manufacture.
