Research objects – biological object: probiotic strains from the IPR collection, silica-based preparations: Enterosgel, Sillard P, Toxin.NET. The paper shows for the first time that probiotic bacteria adsorbed on highly dispersed silica preparations had better functional properties in relation to the harsh conditions of the gastrointestinal tract than native cells. The influence of sorption conditions on highly dispersed silica, namely: temperature, the ratio of sorbent based on highly dispersed silica and probiotic culture, mixing conditions and pH of the medium on the effectiveness of adsorption of probiotic microorganisms, the conditions of influence of the protective medium for lyophilization, and experimental technological regulations for the technology of obtaining a complex probiotic were also clarified drug.   Product Description popup.authors Harbar Nadiia I.
