Theoretical studies of the pneumatic and mechanized process and means for extracting sapropel and the design of the disperser-mixer for the production of humates are presented. As well as the production process of peat-sapropel mixture for growing blueberries. Experimental studies of the influence of sapropel humates on the growth of oil radish were carried out. On the basis of these studies, an optimized design of the intake device for extracting sapropel, a disperser-mixer for the production of humates, and a machine for preparing and applying a peat-sapropel mixture for growing blueberries is proposed.
