The object of the research is sapropel, fertilizers based on it, mechanisms and means for extraction and processing.
The purpose of the research is to develop technical and technological solutions for restoring the natural balance of the lakes of the Volyn region by extracting sapropels and using them to increase soil fertility
An analytical review of technologies and techniques for extracting sapropel and production of ballast humates based on it is given. Theoretical studies of the pneumatic and mechanized process and means for extracting sapropel and the design of the disperser-mixer for the production of humates are presented. As well as the production process of peat-sapropel mixture for growing blueberries. Experimental studies of the influence of sapropel humates on the growth of oil radish were carried out.
On the basis of these studies, an optimized design of the intake device for extracting sapropel, a disperser-mixer for the production of humates, and a machine for preparing and applying a peat-sapropel mixture for growing blueberries is proposed.
