The purpose of the work is to analyze the assessment of the quality of administrative service provision by ASCs of the city of Kyiv, on the basis of a sociological survey of consumers of ASC services, in order to identify priority areas of work of ASCs. Summary of the research work: collection of primary sociological information was carried out in 15 Centers for the provision of administrative services of the capital in order to analyze the quality of administrative services provided to residents of the capital, in particular during the war; a substantive and comparative analysis of the assessment of the quality of administrative services provided by the ASCs of Kyiv for 2023 and in comparison with the indicators of 2018-2023 was carried out and ways to improve their work were identified, in particular, the current request for new ASC services; an analytical report and a presentation based on the results of the obtained sociological data were prepared. The result of the work carried out: a report on research work, including information on the assessment of the quality of service for visitors to rayon administrative service centers and the identification of priority areas for improving their work in each of the Administrative Service Centers in the capital, which made up a sample of ASCs in 2023.
