An automated software algorithm solution for analysis of polarographic records with automatic correction of artifacts, oscillatory and random noises and searching for optimal areas for calculation may be used by other researchers. The results of this study can be used to develop preventive measures aimed at preventing the development of diseases of the pancreas. They can be implemented in the educational process at Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko, as well as in other educational institutions of higher education in Ukraine during teaching courses "Physiology of human and animals", "Physiology of digestion", "Fundamentals of bioenergetics", "Systemic physiology", "Fundamentals of healthy nutrition" and "Fundamentals of nutrition science".
