To investigate the potential for directed differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells of various origins.The objectives of the study were to check the surface markers of MSCs from bone marrow and adipose tissue; conduct an experimental directed differentiation of them according to adipo-, chondro-, and osteogenic phenotype.As a result, the ability to direct differentiation of MSCs from different sources of origin, determination of the profiles of their surface markers was tested. The scientific and practical significance of the work lies in the determination of clear characteristics of MSCs, which makes it possible to better use them in medical practice.
