MESENCHIMAL STEM CELLS, HEMOPOIETIC STEM CELLS, DIFFERENTIATION, STEM CELL MARKERS In the course of the work, population characteristics of MSCs obtained from adipose tissue were compared with MSCs obtained from bone marrow, namely: ability to osteo-, chondro-, adipo-differentiation, differentiation potential of MSCs, receptor profile of cells.Object of research: mesenchymal stem cells.The aim of the study was to compare the expression profiles of specific surface markers of MSCs obtained from bone marrow and adipose tissue. To investigate the potential for directed differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells of various origins.The objectives of the study were to check the surface markers of MSCs from bone marrow and adipose tissue; conduct an experimental directed differentiation of them according to adipo-, chondro-, and osteogenic phenotype.As a result, the ability to direct differentiation of MSCs from different sources of origin, determination of the profiles of their surface markers was tested. The scientific and practical significance of the work lies in the determination of clear characteristics of MSCs, which makes it possible to better use them in medical practice.
