The purpose of the work is to identify trends and regularities in the development of economic relations at the level of public, corporate, and personal finance that arise as a result of the spread of digital innovative technologies, scientific substantiation, and development of a strategy for ensuring economic security in the context of stimulating innovative development and the simultaneous implementation of transparency tools. Research methods are: bibliographic analysis, structural-dynamic analysis and synthesis, cluster analysis, comparative analysis, forecasting method, graphic analysis.
