The object of the study: the processes of ensuring national economic security through the implementation of the principles of financial transparency at various levels of the economic system in the modern, innovative digital environment.
The purpose of the work is to identify trends and regularities in the development of economic relations at the level of public, corporate, and personal finance that arise as a result of the spread of digital innovative technologies, scientific substantiation, and development of a strategy for ensuring economic security in the context of stimulating innovative development and the simultaneous implementation of transparency tools.
Research methods are: bibliographic analysis, structural-dynamic analysis and synthesis, cluster analysis, comparative analysis, forecasting method, graphic analysis.
On the basis of the conducted research, scientific results were obtained: 1) methodological foundations for ensuring the transparency of public, corporate and personal finances in conditions of digitalization were developed; 2) evaluated the short-term and long-term effects of the introduction of tools for ensuring transparency at certain levels of finance on changes in the level of national security and innovative development; 3) identified and systematized the possibilities of inter-level diffusion of financial transparency in the conditions of digitalization with multiplex effects being singled out; 4) The conceptual principles of ensuring the transparency of finances at all levels with the maximization of the multiplex effects of its multi-level, synergistic influence on national security and innovative development have been formed
