The theoretical foundations of the improved technological equipment for the collection and primary processing of oilseed crops, which are based on the study of the properties of raw materials grown in different conditions, are substantiated. Reasoned models of resource-saving technologies for collecting stems with simultaneous processing of biomass for further production of products of various functional purposes (fuel rolls, briquettes and fiber). The obtained mathematical models for the selection of operating modes and parameters of advanced technological equipment for harvesting and processing biomass, which take into account the morphological characteristics of various groups of oleaginous husk crops, reduce losses and damage of raw materials. Reasonable characteristics of the device for crushing and crushing the stalks of oilseed crops, which ensures the destruction or crushing of the stalk depending on the chosen method of further processing and growing conditions. Manufactured equipment for researching the combustion process and combustion residues of small-sized fuel rolls.
