STAKEHOLDERS, INFORMATION SYSTEM, INFOLOGICAL MODEL, EDUCATIONAL PROCESS, EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM The object of the study is the proposals and needs of stakeholders for the educational process of applicants for higher education. The purpose of the work is to optimize the training of future specialists in cybersecurity and system analysis based on the introduction of innovative technologies. Research methods - analysis of the experience and requirements of the academic community and stakeholders to the practical skills of applicants. According to the terms of reference for the implementation of research work, stage 3 is devoted to analyzing the results of the stakeholder survey and presenting the results of improving the educational process for the educational programs "System Analysis" and "Cybersecurity" regarding the needs and positions of stakeholders. Section 1 provides information on the identification and definition of stakeholders. Chapter 2 focuses on popular survey services. Section 3 shows how the survey results are formed on the basis of the developed information system.
