There is an important task that is a component of the "Strategy of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - 2035", the production in Ukraine of modern small-sized anti-aircraft guns, narrowly specialized and used to perform certain military and civilian tasks. t is believed that this task is solved either by the purchase of imported APAs (only for civilian use), or only under the condition of sufficient funding of certain areas of research and the creation of APAs for military purposes and requires significant, including time, resources. creation of a dual-purpose APA, which is based on the use of the principles of building multi-purpose APAs with the hardware part and main elements of the ship's power plant, a propulsion complex, an energy-efficient control system (stabilization on the course, positioning, etc.), power and uses a modular design basis. Solving the applied problem of creating modern small-sized anti-aircraft guns in Ukraine, designed to perform narrowly specialized civilian or military tasks, requires significant material, technological, time and scientific resources. The maximum energy efficiency of the APA is achieved under the condition of safe operation, environmental friendliness and, most importantly, the fulfillment of the main technological task of the APA while simultaneously ensuring other requirements (minimum cost, autonomous operation time, operating range, etc.). The application of a variety of principles for the construction of ship power plants (SEU), propulsive complexes and APA movement control systems for various purposes is ensured.
