Silver-ethylene complexes are of particular interest because silver is used for the partial oxidation of ethylene, which is a major industrial process. They are difficult to stabilize and are quite labile due to the relatively weak silver(I)–ethylene bond. The use of new fluorine-containing pyrazoles created by us as ligands in coordination chemistry made it possible for the first time to stabilize an unusual trinuclear silver-ethylene complex in the crystalline state, as well as to obtain two unprecedented binuclear silver-ethylene complexes with bridged pyrazolates. 2. A preparative metal-free two-stage method for the synthesis of trisubstituted CF3-cyclopropanes, interesting for the search for new drugs, was created. The main disadvantages of the known methods are the involvement of strong organic or mineral bases, which impose restrictions on the volume of the reaction, low atomic economy, and the use of expensive metal catalysts. The synthesis method created by us does not have these limitations and is limited only by the reactivity of the starting alkene, has a high tolerance for various functional groups and scalability. 3. Previously, we showed for the first time that the corresponding substituted derivatives of 2-azaspiro[3.3]heptane are bioisosteres of piperidine: replacement of the piperidine moiety in the local anesthetic bupivacaine with 2-azaspiro[3.3]heptane-1-carboxylic acid led to increased activity of the analog with a longer duration action, and replacement with 7-oxa-2-azaspiro[3.5]nonane-1-carboxylic acid led to a decrease in toxicity and an increase in water solubility while maintaining activity comparable to the original. Continuing our research, we expanded the range of objects, at the moment these studies have no direct analogues.  Product Description popup.authors Yehorova Tetiana V. Kyrychok Oleksandr O.
