Research Problem. Issues and strategies for achieving competitive quality in higher education (according to the Priority Directions (themes) of scientific research and scientific-technical (experimental) developments of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine).
Research Object – The process of developing professional mobility among participants in the educational process.
Subject of Research – The content, forms, and methods of developing professional mobility among participants in the educational process in the context of higher education reform.
Research Goal – To develop, substantiate, and experimentally test a model for developing professional mobility among participants in the educational process in the context of higher education reform.
According to the research tasks at the intermediate stage:
The essence of the concepts "professional mobility" and "readiness for professional mobility" have been refined historically;
Defined the content of the concepts "professional mobility of participants in the educational process" and "readiness for professional mobility of participants in the educational process";
Identified and characterized the structural components of readiness for professional mobility among participants in the educational process in the context of higher education reform; criteria, levels of readiness formation for professional mobility among participants in the educational process in the context of higher education reform;
Analyzed Ukrainian and foreign studies on the problem of professional mobility regarding trends and promising approaches to developing professional mobility among participants in the educational process in the context of higher education reform;
Developed diagnostic tools for the issue of developing professional mobility among participants in the educational process.
