The subject of the report is related to thecurrent directions of research of new robotic assessment problems, inverse problems, information processing problems, decision-making problems under conditions of uncertainty and their application, which are actively developing both in Ukraine and abroad. The main results of stage 2 of the implementation of the Scientific Research Work "Development of new mathematical methods of the theory of optimal solutions" are: 1) We develop an algorithm for finding approximate minimax (robust) estimates of the parameters of the variational equations under certain restrictions. 2) We find an approximate minimax estimate of the functional from the solution of the parabolic problem with rapidly fluctuating coefficients and nonlinear observations. 3) We investigate the existence and invariance of homogeneous attractors of the impulse-perturbed system. 4) We develop the constructive mathematical methods for finding linear guaranteed root mean square estimates of unknown non-stationary parameters of mean values based on observations of realizations of a sequence of random matrices. 5) We substantiate the theorem on the conditions for the existence of a solution and find a function that is a general solution to the problem of controlling a bundle of trajectories. 6) The use of fuzzy numbers and theannealing method to improve the results when solving the traveling salesman problem was studied. 7) We develop the concept and method of solving the problem of group decision-making by a fuzzy set of experts. 8) We obtaine a criterion for the existenc eof a linear order on the ballean, which is consistent with its asymptotic structure.
