The purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the use of digital technologies in the system of preserving and developing the potential of employees. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: analyze approaches to defining the term digital technologies, personnel security, digital security; determine the implementation mechanism of digital security at modern enterprises; analyze current trends in personnel management; analyze the possibility of introducing digital technologies into the activities of OK-DOBROBUT LLC through the labor and creative potential of employees; to develop a scheme for introducing digital technologies into the activities of OK-DOBROBUT LLC; determine the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
The object of research is the technology of preserving and developing the potential of employees. The subject of the study is the possibility of using digital technologies to achieve the development of the potential of employees.
The following research methods were used in the work: analysis and systematization, comparison, generalization, grouping, detailing, statistical and economic analysis, comparative analysis.
The results of the research are implemented in the activities of OK-DOBROBUT LLC.
