During the implementation of the first stage, the important role of Ukrainian studies in the implementation of national-patriotic education of Ukrainian youth in the educational and humanitarian space of Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war was analyzed. It was revealed that since the restoration of the Ukrainian state in 1991, the issue of reforming the educational space of Ukraine and the final elimination of Soviet vestiges in the educational process has become acute. It was established that almost a quarter of a century of inactivity of the national authorities and active anti-Ukrainian and anti-state actions of both adepts of the Soviet way of life and supporters of the Russian Federation contributed to their introduction into the Ukrainian humanitarian space of the fundamental ideas, dogmas and postulates of the geopolitical doctrine of "Russian world" and "racism", which subsequently led to the so-called "Russian Spring" of 2014. It is shown that the armed and informational aggression of the Russian Federation at the beginning of 2014, reinforced by the anti-Ukrainian activities of supporters of the "Russian world", called into question the very existence of Ukrainian statehood and the Ukrainian nation, but thanks to the All-Ukrainian Patriotic shift, including the statist position of Ukrainian humanitarians, including pedagogues and teachers, the enemy was stopped. It was found that for the final reformation of the educational space of Ukraine and the development of Ukrainian
national education, it is extremely important to combine the efforts of the Ukrainian authorities, civil society and citizens. It is well-founded that Ukrainian studies should become an important element of the national-patriotic education of Ukrainian youth, and in the conditions of a full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war acquires a significant state importance.
