The object is the process of development of public administration in Ukraine based on the circular economy in the digital environment.
The purpose of the work is to develop the scientific and theoretical foundations of the development of public administration based on the circular economy in the digital environment.
The scientific task of developing the scientific and theoretical foundations of the development of public administration based on the circular economy in the digital environment has been solved: optimal strategies, methods and tools for stimulating circular practices in the economy are substantiated; the impact of the development of the circular economy on achieving the goals of sustainable development in the conditions of globalization and digitalization of the world economic system is substantiated; recommendations are provided that relate to both the procedures for providing and receiving administrative services using Internet technologies (non-legal) and legal aspects of their regulation (legal); the influence of the development of the circular economy on achieving the goals of sustainable development in the conditions of globalization and digitalization of the world economic system is substantiated; provided recommendations for state structures to support and promote the development of the circular economy; the methodical approach to increase the effectiveness of the public management system in the digital environment received further development; the peculiarities of the activities of public authorities in the conditions of the information society are determined, taking into account their information and communication support, and the list of its functions is formulated.
