Subject of the Study – Financial and Credit Mechanisms of Ukraine. The purpose of this study is to clarify certain categories, analyze digital innovative methods, and formulate scientific-practical and scientific-methodological provisions regarding ensuring the functioning of Ukraine's financial and credit sphere under wartime conditions. Research methods – financial analysis, deductive analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical methods, economic-mathematical modeling, comparative analysis, forecasting. The study addresses relevant issues of Ukraine's economy and finances under wartime conditions and the reintegration of territories. The study encompasses a wide range of topics, from analyzing the business processes of gas supply companies to implementing modern payment technologies. The study presents a detailed analysis of the business processes of gas supply companies and proposes optimization pathways through digitization. Particular attention is paid to the use of electronic document management and digital platforms to enhance efficiency. In the context of human resource management, the study examines various assessment methodologies and explores the role of personnel audits as an effective tool for increasing productivity and profitability. The study conducts a thorough analysis of Ukraine's state budget for 2023. It investigates the dynamics of revenues and expenditures, the impact of war on financial indicators, the role of international aid, and the necessity of stimulating domestic revenue sources. A crucial aspect of the study is the evaluation of environmental taxation of clean technologies. The study analyzes the experience of the EU and other countries, drawing conclusions about the need for a balanced approach to taxation to stimulate the development of technologies that contribute to reducing carbon emissions.
