The tasks were solved using the following methods: morphological analysis and synthesis, graphic visualization, structural modeling, system analysis and synthesis; logical-information method, method of analysis of hierarchies, dialectical method of cognition, integral assessment
efficiency of logistics costs, taxonomic analysis, Eisenhower matrix, Gantt chart, scoring method and method of theoretical synthesis and logical analysis.
