Purpose - to develop recommendations for improving the tools for the development of reputation management and human capital of the hotel company. Research methods - analysis, synthesis, systematisation, graphical. The paper provides an in-depth analysis of the concepts of corporate reputation and human capital. It is suggested that JSC "Hotel Kharkiv", when establishing strategic partnerships with various tourism enterprises, should calculate their quantitative indicator of brand reputational risk. It is noted that the hotel industry is facing changes in the service process, as it begins in the online space. This is especially true for millennials who prefer Internet technologies. Digitalisation is an important factor in the impact of reputation management of hotel enterprises, and the Ukrainian hotel industry needs fundamental changes and increased investment in human capital. Recommendations for improving the system of human capital development in the context of continuing professional education of adults The subject of work is the improvement of tools for the development of reputation management and human capital of a hotel enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work is as follows: for the first time it is proposed to single out the group of "business partners" among the target groups of business reputation, since diagnostics of business reputation of partners in making management decisions will minimise their own risks of deterioration of business reputation; the definition of the impact of human capital on the formation of business reputation of a hotel enterprise has been further developed. The main results obtained in the course of the study have been implemented in the activities of JSC "Hotel Kharkiv".
