The report examines problematic issues regarding the importance of internal audit in wartime; areas of improvement of state policy in the field of income tax and methods of its optimization at the enterprise; generalization of the definition of the road complex for the organization of accounting; applied aspect of the procedure for capitalization of financial expenses of the enterprise; theoretical aspects of accounting and analytical provision of economic security of enterprises; the role of the corporate income tax in the formation of budget revenues; changes in the legislation of Ukraine regarding human rights and freedoms during martial law; the existence and emergence of the civil procedural form of Ukraine.
