The object of research is the processes of economic and legal activity of various business entities in modern conditions of operation.
The purpose of the work is the generalization and development of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical recommendations for the improvement of accounting and analytical and regulatory and legal support of entrepreneurial activity.
Research methods - theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, systemic and complex approach, comparative analysis, monographic, praximetric, economic analysis, statistical, expert assessment, economic-mathematical, abstract-logical.
The report examines problematic issues regarding the importance of internal audit in wartime; areas of improvement of state policy in the field of income tax and methods of its optimization at the enterprise; generalization of the definition of the road complex for the organization of accounting; applied aspect of the procedure for capitalization of financial expenses of the enterprise; theoretical aspects of accounting and analytical provision of economic security of enterprises; the role of the corporate income tax in the formation of budget revenues; changes in the legislation of Ukraine regarding human rights and freedoms during martial law; the existence and emergence of the civil procedural form of Ukraine.
The considered questions correspond to the general theme of the scientific research work of the department and reveal the relevance of this topic.
The results of the research were used in the educational process, during the performance of contract scientific research, tested at scientific conferences and published in scientific articles.
