Research Objective: Scientific and theoretical justification of the methodology and development of programs for the development of communication skills, motivation and self-management, stress management, and emotional tension using training intervention tools. Theoretical and Methodological Basis: The fundamental principles of management theory, social psychology theory, and personality psychology on the development of communication skills, motivation and self-management, stress management, and emotional tension, as outlined in the works of domestic and foreign scholars. To address the set tasks, theoretical methods (comparison, systematization, classification, generalization) and empirical research methods were used. At different stages of the empirical research, an appropriate set of methods and techniques was selected and used, including observation and the application of projective psychodiagnostic methods aimed at identifying the level of development of communication skills, motivation and self-management, signs of stress, and emotional tension. Theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations have been developed for the development of communication skills, motivation and self-management, stress management, and emotional tension using training intervention tools. The research work was commissioned by FOP Ryzhkov Sergiy. The results of the work are used in the business practice of the client and can also be used in the practice of other economic entities in various types of economic activities. Under uncertain conditions and circumstances, the issues of developing communication skills, motivation and self-management, stress management, and emotional tension among economic entities become particularly acute, and their resolution is of high practical value both at the micro- and macroeconomic levels.
