The object of research is the economic security of socio-economic systems.
The subject of the research is the problems of ensuring the economic security of socio-economic systems.
The purpose of the study is to identify and propose possible solutions to the problems of ensuring the economic security of socio-economic systems, which arise under the influence of the aggravation of the military-political situation in the country and the strengthening of the financial-economic and socio-political crisis caused by the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.
Research task: to investigate the impact of military aggression on the functioning of the national economy; determine the state and problems of the development of the domestic stock market in the conditions of war; to find out the peculiarities of the functioning and problems of the development of the domestic real sector of the economy in the conditions of war; establish losses and changes in human capital as a result of the impact of Russia's war against Ukraine; outline the main aspects of social and economic security of enterprises in the post-industrial economy; characterize the problems and challenges of personnel management in the conditions of war and post-war recovery of the economy of Ukraine.
Research methods. The methodological base of the research consists of general scientific and special methods of economic analysis and scientific knowledge. In particular: method of system analysis, comparison, synthesis, method of statistical analysis, formal-logical method, factor analysis, functional-value approach, generalization, systematization, graphic method, etc. The specified methods are the basis for achieving the set goal - identifying the main problems of ensuring the economic security of socio-economic systems and outlining ways to solve them in the unstable conditions of today.
