The aim of the project is to develop a system and improve methods and models of a computer-integrated control system for the wear resistance of heat exchange tubes of a TPP steam generator, which uses a fuel mixture of natural and artificial origin with an unknown abrasive composition coming from different suppliers. With the subsequent use of information on the current quality of the combusted fuel mixture, measurement of abrasive materials in the dust removal system, in the following control loops: distribution of the flow of natural and artificial fuel mixture between control influences, unloading conditions and quality checks of the fuel mixture from suppliers to minimise costs.
