The resulting fragment was used to immunize mice, and stable hybridomas were obtained, capable of producing monoclonal antibodies to various sections of the αC-region of fibrin for the purpose of creating hybridomas. Monoclonal antibodies were obtained and characterized, their isotype and specificity were determined, and the epitope was localized using immunoenzymatic analysis, western blot, trypsinolysis, etc. The obtained monoclonal antibodies to the αC regions of the fibrin molecule can be a tool for studying the features of the functioning of the fibrin molecule in the polymerization process, as well as for use in the development of immunodiagnostics to determine the earliest forms of soluble fibrin.
