The purpose of the research is to compare the sensitivities of drinks made on the basis of different prepared water and drinks from different manufacturers to artificially introduced contamination with a certain type of mushroom. Research methods are modern microbiological methods. The levels of accumulation of biomass of the fungus Aspergillus flavus UKM F-16889 during growth on 12 samples of juice-containing non-carbonated drinks were studied. It was shown that the microscopic fungus A. flavus UKM F-16889 is able to grow in all the studied samples of beverages.
