The object of the study is archival institutions in the conditions of special legal regimes and partially in the reconstruction period after their termination.
Purpose - to study the experience of archival institutions under special legal regimes, in particular martial law, to identify and analyze the negative impacts caused by martial law on their activities and to formulate recommendations for organizing the work of archival institutions aimed at overcoming or mitigating these impacts. The methodological basis for solving the tasks set in the research is the principles of systematicity and complexity. The research methods used are scientific analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, structural and functional analysis, interpretation, forecasting, generalization. As a result of the research, on the basis of the obtained scientific results, methodical recommendations on the work of archival institutions on the organization of NAF formation and acquisition of archives, ensuring the preservation of NAF documents, access to NAF documents and reference apparatus under special legal regimes were prepared. The results of the study will be used in the practical activities of archival institutions under special legal regimes and partially in the reconstruction period after their termination.
