A data model for presentation on the geoportal was developed and a data set containing information (geospatial, statistical, satellite, etc.) applicable for monitoring damaged fields was developed. An analysis of existing monitoring methods was carried out and optimal approaches to detection and assessment of the extent of damage to agricultural land were determined. A cloud computing infrastructure architecture was developed to identify, present, and regularly update geospatial products for agricultural field damage monitoring.
