Development of an experimental sample of a remedy for treatment of skin lesions of various nature (wounds, intertrigo, frostbite, burns, infections, irritations) with a wide range of biological effects (anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antifungal and reparative) based on a biologically active composition (BAC) that contains selected nanoparticles (NP) of REE orthovanadate, silver nanoparticles and other active ingredients; development of methods for BAC identification.
Wounds of various types and origins are among the most common reasons for seeking medical care, including primary premedical assistance, both for military personnel and civilians located in high-risk areas of military conflict. Inadequate medical assistance significantly increases the risk of complications, secondary infections, and may lead to more complex recovery processes for injured military personnel or civilians. In some cases, it can result in severe infectious processes and disability. During the first phase of the project, nanoparticles (NPs) of rare-earth orthovanadates were selected and synthesized. These particles have the ability to influence the inflammatory process of a wound, which is critically important for wound healing, as prolonged inflammation can lead to undesirable processes that delay or sometimes prevent wound closure. Other components and organic substances were selected as the base for the gel and the «liquid bandage» for topical application. For the first time, it has been demonstrated that the synthesized NPs and their composition with other components are non-toxic when administered intragastrically and do not exhibit allergenic or sensitizing effects when applied topically. In vivo experiment on models of healthy laboratory animals and animals with induced diabetes showed that selected gadolinium orthovanadate nanoparticles accelerated wound closure in healthy mice and improved healing in diabetic mice, where wound healing is typically delayed. The use of redox-active NPs enhanced the reparative and anti-inflammatory activities of the treatment, increased the contractile effect on the wound, reduced the likelihood of wound infection, and improved the chances of healing without bacterial inflammation and scarring. Thus, in the future, the significant outcome will be a substantial reduction in the duration of skin injury treatment when used in challenging conditions.

On the “Data set information” page, you need to fill in all the fields related to the data set and upload the files.

Once you have filled in the information about the scientific data set and added the necessary files, you can save the draft or send the data to the system.
Please note! Once the data has been sent, you cannot change it.
Drafts are necessary for storing the data set and editing it before sending.
All accounts on the NRA website go through a standard registration procedure and are verified. However, in order to obtain additional features, such as publishing open reviews of academic texts, verification by affiliation is required.
To obtain the status “verified”, you must change your primary email address to a corporate one, which is tied to a scientific or educational institution.

If you know the publication date of the news or are interested in a specific time frame in which they were published on the website, you can select such a date or date range in the additional field that looks like a calendar. The date is entered in the format year-month-day and confirmed by clicking on the corresponding date in the calendar dropdown. You can enter a date or choose one by browsing through the calendar by months and years. By default, the interval starts from the oldest date (2018-01-23) and ends with the current date.
You can also use one or more hashtags, which are located under the search field on the right side of the “News” page.
