Goal of study: to preserve and improve the health status of children after COVID-19 by identifying markers of immunological, metabolic and vascular disorders in healthy children and children with rheumatic diseases by improving the algorithm of longitudinal observation. Methods of research: clinical, immunological, biochemical, instrumental (methods of cardiovascular system research, laser Doppler fluometry, digital capillaroscopy), mathematical, statistical. Measuring equipment: immunoenzyme photoelectric analyzer Reeder ER 500 No. ER2J018E, 03.2013, computerized laser blood microcirculation analyzer LAKK-02, Levenhuk DTX 500 Mobi microscope, Mindrey DS 80 ultrasound, electrocardiograph Yukard 100, FACScan flow cytometer No. 81456. The obtained data shows and prove the negative impact of SARS-CoV-2 infection on the development of endothelial dysfunction, worsening of the cardiovascular system response to exercise, a significant decrease in blood flow velocities in the arterial and venous capillary compartments, as well as on the course of rheumatic diseases (JIA, JIA) in children. The scientific novelty of research is to determine the correlation between the state of endothelial dysfunction and the development of cardiovascular complications in healthy children and children with JIA who have had coronavirus infection and to determine the prognostic value of hemodynamic and MC disorders in children with JIA who have had COVID-19 for their timely correction. The work is security-conscious. Product Description popup.authors Ihnatova Tetiana B. Donskyi Borys V. Diachenko Nina M. Kvashnina Liudmyla V. Kravchenko Olena M. Lutsenko Iryna R. Liudvik Tetiana A.
