Results and novelty: for the first, the psychological, methodical and technological resources of blended learning were comprehensively investigated and characterized; created the technology of maximizing blended learning resources; developed a research diagnostic complex on the readiness of teachers of higher pedagogical education institutions for blended learning; characterized the components, criteria and levels of readiness of teachers of higher pedagogical education institutions for blended learning; clarified the content of the concepts «blended learning», «resources for blended learning», «resource support for blended learning», «maximization of blended learning resources» «blended learning supervisors of the pedagogical HEIs»; developed methodological support (analytical note, training course program, methodical adviser, video guides, checklists, etc.) for the practical implementation of the technology of maximizing blended learning; provided a prognostic analysis of the prospects for the development of blended learning in higher pedagogical education institutions for the period of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine; got further development will be regulations regarding the selection and structuring of the content of theoretical and practical training of supervisor teachers for the practical implementation of blended education in higher education institutions; forms and methods of training supervisor teachers for blended learning.
